Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MarketMaps (the “Service”), operated by the MarketMaps team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
MarketMaps is a market intelligence and visualization tool that displays relationships between public companies, private firms, suppliers, IPO candidates, and infrastructure components within selected market cycles. Coverage is currently focused on the AI infrastructure buildout. The Service is provided in public beta.
The Service aggregates and visualizes data from third-party providers, computes derived metrics (such as Intensity, Crowding, and Momentum scores), and links to public sources. Information shown is for informational and research purposes only.
3. Not investment advice
MarketMaps is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a guarantee of any outcome. The Service does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment. Past performance and historical relationships are not indicative of future results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using MarketMaps you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Data accuracy and availability
Market data, scores, news headlines, and relationship edges are sourced from third-party APIs and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any information shown.
Computed metrics are heuristic indicators intended to contextualize market signals; they are not predictions. The methodology is summarized within the Service and may change without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Service at scale or via automated means without our prior written consent
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except where expressly permitted by law
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any access or security controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ access
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws
- Misrepresent the Service’s output as your own original analysis when redistributed
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, computed metrics, groupings, and curated relationships, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying market data and news content remain the property of their respective providers.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8. Beta status
The Service is provided as a beta release. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice. Data may be temporarily unavailable, and the Service may be interrupted, throttled, or discontinued at our discretion. We provide no uptime or service-level guarantees during the beta period.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification — will survive.
13. Third-party links
The Service contains links to external websites and resources operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
